How TitleX Custom Hunting Arrows Are Built
A custom dozen at TitleX is one build in the 3D custom arrow builder. You pick shaft, spine, cut, insert, point, helical, wrap, and nock. The cart adds those parts together. TitleX cuts and assembles what you paid for.
What you pick
- Model and spine. TX-5, TX-23, or Mach XV at 250, 300, 350, or 400. GPI for each spine is on the spine chart.
- Cut length. Quarter-inch steps. The builder updates estimated weight and FOC when the cut changes.
- Front end. Brass HIT, stainless half-out, or aluminum half-out, then field-point grain so the FOC estimate is honest.
- Fletch and wrap. Shop helical, or you fletch. See helical fletching. Wraps are Bowtique, Deer Lord Hunt Co, or TitleX house graphics — shop install or DIY. See wrap installation.
- Nocks. Standard colors in the build. .204 lighted nocks are an add-on. See lighted nocks for .204.
What TitleX does on the bench
Cut, square, and install the insert. Wrap if you paid for shop install. Fletch if you paid for fletch. There is a bare-shaft option if you want shafts only. Match the cart to that labor so you do not get a fletched dozen you meant to wrap at home.
When they arrive
Paper or bare-shaft with a field point the same grain as the broadhead, then the head. That sequence is on how to tune for broadheads.
